What does my Multi Page Market Report actually report?

There is a one page introduction and twelve pages of market information for each Multi Page Market Report. 

Each of the six market metrics used to generate statistics has two pages. 

The first page based on the month chosen for the report and that same month of previous years:

The second page of that same metric is based on Year to Date information (January 1 through month specified for report of their respective years):
