The subject property is the specific piece of real estate that is being evaluated, whether for sale or appraisal purposes. When conducting a CMA or other real estate evaluation, the subject property is typically compared to other similar properties in the area to arrive at an accurate estimate of its value. This information can then be used by buyers or sellers to make informed decisions about their real estate transactions.

Go to STEP 3 (Add/ Edit Subject property) If you want to add a subject property, input the Address the same as below.

Once set, click "Save".
