How do I add a comparable property to a CMA that I already created?

Steps on how to add a specific listing to your CMA that you have already created.

1. On the trenlii dashboard, the CMA you created will show under My CMAs.
   (in this example: 39 Natalie Pl)
2. Click on the CMA report you want to and select the Edit button below.

On STEP 4 (Choose Comparables), you have an option to: Add by MLS#

Simply add one or more listing ID by MLS Number. If you add multiple numbers, they must be delimited by a space or a comma.

Below are two examples of an acceptable format :

1. Example 1 (Separated By Comma) : W5728632,W5684943,W5779096,W5932815

2. Example 2 (Separated By Space) : W5728632 W5684943 W5779096 W5932815

Add the delimited list of properties identified by their corresponding MLS ID.

You can edit the list once it has been added if you need to refine your list of comparable properties.

Again, make sure that your list of properties is delimited by a space or a comma.
