Steps in choosing a Market Value and how are these values calculated
1. You’ll start by choosing between Active, Sold ,Inactive listings or them altogether
2. The values you see at the right side are based on your comparables. In this case, there’s only one Active so the values are all the same.
3.Say, you want a market value for Active and Sold listings. You’ll see that the values are now changed.
Values on the right side are based on:
Average price -The sum of all the values divided by the quantity of your listing.
Median price- middle value that separates the lower and the higher values
Minimum price - Smallest value
Maximum price-Highest value
Ranged market value is the lowest and the highest value of your comparables.
Single market value is calculated based on the median of Sold and Active values.
Median is the middle value that separates the lowest and the highest among all.
